Who We Serve
-
Young Adults
You’re figuring out who you are. Maybe for the first time. Maybe again. You might be moving out, starting over, switching careers, or coming out of something that left a mark. You’re self-aware, probably thoughtful, and also unsure how to feel okay in your own skin.
You don’t need someone to nod along. You need someone to help you sort through the noise, make a plan, and stay accountable to the version of yourself you’re building.
This is a space for:
Breakups, job changes, and “what now?” moments
Addiction recovery and post-sobriety adjustment
Anxiety, shame, and feeling stuck
Boundary repair and identity shifts
Grief, low motivation, and rebuilding structure
-
Teens & Parents
Being a teenager is hard—for the teen and for the family. Whether they’re shutting down, acting out, or just overwhelmed, therapy gives teens a chance to process what they’re going through without judgment or pressure.
I work with teens who are struggling to show up at school, at home, and within themselves. I also support parents who want to understand their kid better and create a home that allows for both safety and growth.
Support might include:
Emotional regulation and behavior shifts
Navigating identity, self-worth, and school pressure
Family conflict and communication issues
Trauma recovery (including EMDR for eligible clients)
Building language for what’s going on underneath the surface
-
Adults in Transition
Sometimes we choose the change. Sometimes the bottom drops out and we have to catch ourselves. Either way, therapy can help.
I work with adults going through major transitions; changes in work, relationships, meaning, or self-understanding. You may feel like you’ve outgrown parts of your life but aren’t sure what comes next. This is a space to name it, work through it, and move forward.
We might focus on:
Trauma recovery
Relationship or career shifts
Burnout, grief, or emotional exhaustion
Nervous system awareness and behavior change
Clarity around goals, patterns, and what needs to shift
