I’m Joseph John, LSW and the founder of Cypress Therapy. I work with teens, young adults, and families who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or big life changes.
My approach is relational, practical, and client-centered. I combine EMDR with talk therapy to help people build emotional resilience and move forward with clarity and confidence.
